The Cyberlink Customer Support Helpdesk is available daily from 8.30am until 11.00pm. The Helpdesk telephone number is 5345 8000.

Sometimes it is better or more convenient to enquire via email. Particularly if you require information about our services or have a general Internet enquiry. You will receive an email response that you can refer back to rather than an answer on the telephone that you may forget after a while. Pay Your Bill

You can pay your bill or purchase more time in person, by phone, over the internet or by mail.

Pay Over the Internet

Click HERE to pay with your credit card via our secure web server. All data transferred via our secure server is encrypted and sent via our internal network to our accounts manager (i.e. it doesn't traverse the global Internet).
